Lyniece
Director
Ms. Lyniece is the mother of 5 children. She has a degree in Personnel Management from the University of Georgia and over fifteen years of teaching experience. Her youngest 3 went to preschool at Kids Crossing when it was half day and this is where her teaching career began. In 2020, she was asked to step out of the classroom and into the Director's role for Kids Crossing. She loves the opportunity this has given her to not only love and support all of the children but their families as well.
Bailey
Assistant Director
Ms. Bailey began as a teacher in our threes and our Administrator at KCLC. After earning her Early Childhood Administration Certificate, she became the Assistant Director of KCLC. She makes sure all our families and children are well taken care of and have everything they need.
Ana
Lead Teacher
Ms. Ana joined KCLC in 2008. She loves to see the first year of development for the children. She helps welcome each new family to KCLC as many kids start in her room. She is very knowledgeable about infant growth and development. She has a passion for art that shows in the displays in her room. She speaks Spanish and English fluently.
Maria
Assistant Teacher
Ms. Maria joined KCLC in 2022. She has worked in our toddler class and is now the Infant Room Assistant Teacher. She is bilingual and detail oriented. She loves children and helping them develop and grow.
Erica
Afternoon Assistant
Ms. Erica is currently in college getting her early childhood education degree. She previously worked in our toddler classrooms as our afternoon assistant. She decided to make the infants her home and works as our afternoon teacher. She speaks both Spanish and English fluently.
Cheryl
Lead Teacher
Ms. Cheryl joined KCLC in 2017. She is originally from London, England. She has been at KCLC for seven years but has taught for a total of 18 years. She loves watching the children learn new milestones and develop new skills.
Teresita
Assistant Teacher
Ms. Teresita joined KCLC in 2018. She loves the children's innocence and simplicity. She has been teaching for 6 years and speaks primarily Spanish.
Carmen
Lead Teacher
Ms. Carmen joined KCLC in 2023. Since the age of twelve, Carmen has cared for little ones. She previously taught at a pre-school in Florida for 27 years. She speaks Spanish and English fluently.
Cam
Assistant Teacher
Ms. Cam rejoined KCLC in 2025. She Left KCLC at the end of 2020 to raise her son. She is a hard worker and has a true love for toddlers. She assists Ms. Carmen with day to day activities.
Alexis
Lead Teacher
Ms. Alexis is a mother of three children and
a retired military wife. She is currently attending
Gwinnett Tech pursuing her early childhood
education degree. She will eventually become
certified working with children with Autism as well. Some things she loves to do would be DIY projects, traveling, and making memories with her family.

Alejandra
Assistant Teacher
Ms. Alejandra joined KCLC in 2023. She has worked with the toddlers and threes but she fell in love with the young twos. She is bilingual and loves to help each child grow.

Ms. Paris is a current graduate student at
Troy University. She has a degree in Public
Health, and a background in Social Work and
Education. Ms. Paris has a passion for helping
others and a love to teach. She is more than

DeAshia
Assistant Teacher
Ms. Deashia loves being an assistant teacher at KCLC. She really enjoys working and building bonds with the kids. She is so glad to watch the children group up to be amazing!

Ms. Nellie loves working with the young three's classroom. She helps the children with their transition upstairs to the three's classrooms. She also helps the kids with growing their independence.

Since joining KCLC in 2024, Ms. Vicky has shared her heart with our center, growing from our infant room to leading our three-year-olds. She excels at building incredible, lasting bonds with every child in her care, creating a warm, organized, and nurturing environment where every student feels loved, confident, and excited to learn.

Ms. Angie joined KCLC in 1996. She is a very gentle teacher with a real heart for kids. She teaches kids independence so they can get ready for kindergarten.
